To whom it may concern: I just wanted to say that Denise and the girls that work at the ridgmar center are really awesome and very friendly, However there is a Guy that works there his name is Emilio that is really really horrible, my wife went to get her haircut about a month ago, and he told her that her hair was sticky and dirty and walked away and loudly continue to say that he needed to wash his hands. Love this place! Hayley, star and Denis are absolutely amazing! Always so friendly and nice! Avoid the Emilo guy dude is rude and disrespectful! If he sticks around I’ll probably find another place! Can’t deal with rude creeps!
I had such a wonderful experience today with Haley cutting my autistic daughter’s hair. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process. My daughter can get very anxious with haircuts, but Haley took her time, listened to her needs, and made her feel comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients, and that means so much as a parent. I’m so grateful we found someone so compassionate highly recommend her to anyone, especially families with special needs children!
