Went in to get a simple trim and layers. Elyssa was great! She took care of my hair from washing to the cut. I have natural curls and she took great care to make sure cuts were even. My hair feels silky smooth and just what I needed. Thanks!
It was an ok environment, didn’t wait long and the lady who did my hair was Super sweet. Although didn’t give me what I asked for. I wanted 3in off to wear my hair would b above my shoulders. It touching my shoulders but my right half is an in longer than my left side. I have a middle part so it should’ve helped. But also thr were some spots on my left side that didn't even get cut. It just super uneven. If I could get a refund even just a small one that would b nice…but oh well 😞
Terrible place, terrible staff, and the result… you guessed it… terrible haircut. I regret going to Great Clips, some of their other locations are pretty decent and this is not one of them. Cindy is really bad at her job. Her hands are shaky, she has no concept of texture, angle, style or creativity. She does not even know how to hold a scissor.
