My boyfriend just had one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve ever seen at the Great Clips in Easton. The stylist, Abby (spelling may vary), was extremely unprofessional and completely incompetent. She forgot to check him in, confused him with another client who shared her name, and cut his hair in a way that looks nothing like what he asked for. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. Took my daughter in for a back to school cut and it’s completely uneven and crooked. Will be taking her to a friends salon to get it fixed which I shouldn’t have to do. Will not be back!!
