Tonight Brianna cut my 12 year olds hair. Didn't match the picture shown and lectured her the entire hour on hair care. Even after my daughter apologized and explained she had been hospitalized due to depression. Also to bite I had brushed her hair this morning. The only knots were from playing at school gym. We will not be returning.

12/12- finally found very good professional here and her name is “Chelsee” and updating my review today- I would give her an all * raring and 100% recommend her as your stylist when you go next time here. She is real good with haircuts. Receptionist was kind, but I got a very uneven cut from my stylist. New to longer hair and was undecided about styles but my barber was not helpful, just asking how much to take off. Not blended well on either side. I’m not sure if it was my individual stylist or the location in general, but felt burdensome as I was rushed through my cut.

I feel there's too much of a gamble when going here. I went and requested a basic trim for split ends and was given dramatic layering. I didn't ask for layers. I brought up seeing a lot of hair get cut off, and the stylest snapped at me, "It's the layers," and "It's fine, your hair is still long." I didn't ask for this hairstyle, and as someone trying to donate my hair, my progress is a bit skewed because I have all that thin area as the "length". On top of which, I have chunky cuts mixed in. I have been having my hair cut at Great Clips Cranberry for over 20 years. Even though over the years I have become a senior citizen, I have always been greeted with a smile and treated with respect. There have been numerous changing of stylists over the years; none the less they do keep good records as they always seem to know what I want when I describe my desired haircut.
