I love Great Clips! I am NEVER dissapointed. The stylists are attentive to my needs, kind and patient.
A few weeks ago I had the privilege of having my haircut by Kristi at the Cranberry great clips. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She listened to my needs and was attentive. She helped me find a product that was perfect for my hair. My cut looks great and I plan on coming back to Kristi!
If I could give zero stars I would . My son’s hair looks like a lawnmower was used to cut it . Not only did I wait a horrendous amount of time for him to get taken back , but then they rushed through my son’s haircut , leaving long uneven pieces and did not blend the sides correctly . This place used to be the only place I trusted with my entire families cuts . Do better Greatclips .
