I had an old $9.99 Great Clips gift card (which does not expire) with a remaining balance of $4, along with another $14.99 card. My stylist, Rosa, was processing my haircut charges when another female stylist suddenly jumped into the conversation, creating confusion and yelling about the $9.99 card — even though it had already been processed by the system without any issue.
