Edit: History repeats itself. My kid got a haircut from Dennis today. He chopped off the back of his head with a razor to the point that his scalp was visible. When I told him I did not like the haircut, he shouted at me and cursed me in front of my kid, probably holding on to my prior bad review. I have never had such an experience at any other Great Clips branches (even in other states). It's one thing to get a bad haircut; it's another thing to be shouted and cursed at. Great Clips app is useless at best. Checked myself in at 5pm. It said 57 minute wait. It counted down to 5 minutes wait time around 5:55pm at which point I started driving to Great Clips. Got there, opened up the app to 0 minute wait, showed the hair stylist and she said "Sorry. That's incorrect. There's a wait". Why create an app that isn't accurate? They couldn't text me and let me know there was a wait? Then I would have left my house at a later time. SMH. Do better!
