Just had a hair cut here with my 2 children. They are not easy when it comes to getting haircuts. Michelle was amazing with both of them and the haircuts look great. Will definitely be coming back because of Michelle
Bad customer service. Michelle, the manager, was very unprofessional when I called to ask what haircut my son usually gets. Rather than simply saying she was busy and asking me to call back, she said she couldn’t help me and proceeded to argue with me. I’ve been a customer here for years, but unfortunately I won’t be returning after this experience. I also reported the interaction to the franchise owner.
I cannot ever recommend this place to anyone. It is the closest haircut place to where me and my partner live and I can honestly say it's a lottery between mediocre and horrific cuts. They do not have the training or equipment to cut men's hair properly despite the business description and information at the entrance stating otherwise.
