Dear Great Clips Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service I received at your Westside Shoppes location in Windermere today, Saturday, March 8. I had made an online check-in for a haircut and arrived at the store at 5:56 PM, four minutes before closing time at 6:00 PM. I even have a photo showing my name on the screen as proof of my reservation and arrival time. The guy was so nice, but my hair got absolutely obliterated. I showed one haircut and ended up with like a mid taper, got me looking like this guy
