We have always gone here and never had an issue. Today Jenn cut my sons hair and made it look awful. She didn't at all do what was wanted and it looks like he got it cut in all different lengths by a 1st grader. Now I have to go pay AGAIN to get it cut and fixed somewhere else because it's embarrassing how bad it looks.
They completely embarrassed and made my daughter cry today when we went in. Instead of pulling me back to where my daughter was, she came out and told me that I need to teach her how to wash her hair better and that her scalp was brown. She was super unprofessional and we will never be back, I’m going to tell everyone I know to not support this great clips because how their employees treat little kids
