I went in this morning July 24th I was the first customer in. The young lady that helped me was an absolute delight. Not only did she take my number down and get me into the system, but the haircut and conversation were great. It's always good to find someone that can talk about the same things. Keep her around she's great and very careful when cutting hair. I just can't remember her name!

I have been very disappointed with the constant turn over in my location for years now! There has been obvious issues between the employees and the owner of this franchise for many, many years now as the employee's seem to be treated as a number instead of a skilled individuals. The current owner of this franchise is obviously much more concerned how quickly the stylist can complete a hair cut vs. the actual quality and allowing them the time to complete their job properly!
