Worst haircut my daughter ever got. The lady seemed rushed and butchered my daughter’s hair. Will never take my kids to great clips again Update: to your reply- I did call customer service the day of the incident and they told me that I would receive a call back within 24 hours to deal with the matter, it has now been 72 plus hours and I still have not received a call.
