My wife and I will never ever go back to this location (Parkville in North Plaza shopping center) after being mocked by the guy who opened the doors (Nick) for wearing a face covering to protect ourselves. Before even opening the door, he stared at us for several seconds and said something that we couldn't make out, and then when we walked in, he looked at us again and shook his head in disgust. Jessica gave me my favorite haircut in 10 years a few months ago, I just went back and she did just as good if not better. Great conversation, follows your comfort level, and if you're not looking for conversation thats fine too. I can't speak for every stylist, but the one I found is outstanding. Never been disappointed here.

I came in and worked with Kristy because I had gotten a terrible haircut at another place that won’t be mentioned she not only fixed the haircut and made it look good but it’s one of the best haircuts I’ve had in my life Leif highly recommend her and the great clips location.
