The older white lady was rude and unwilling to serve us. From the start, she spoke dismissively and made excuses so that we would leave, despite knowing our religious needs as Muslims. In contrast, the young African American woman and the receptionist were very kind and welcoming, and we truly appreciated their professionalism. It’s unfortunate that she chose to act in such a manner, and I sincerely hope she can overcome this kind of behavior.
I like the fact that all the girls at my Great Clips are courteous and helpful and do a great job in cutting hair.
