I go to the great clips in Smyrna typically, where the staff is incredibly kind and do a great job. I was near the Mableton location and decided to pop in. WHAT a difference. I was not even greeted . The woman just stared at me as if I was ruining her day for being there. I left immediately. I refuse to pay for poor customer service.
I have taken my grandsons and two occasions to get haircuts. And both times they did an excellent cuts for a 3 and 5 year old. I know that they can be a handful but they acted like old pros. My daughter can be a hard to please as a mom and my wife can follow the same expectations. The barber or stylist take your pick was patient and professional. Thank you
I love coming to this location, Nikki is such a sweetheart. I never have an issue here. She is the only person in this area I have cut my hair. Thank you Nikki
Wanted to completely start over and got my hair cut into a bob. Ms Nikki did AMAZING I absolutely love it will keep coming back for my regular trims.
