Great service and friendly. The lady who cut my hair was great and very nice
Lady on first chair on the right wasn’t very knowledgeable on cutting hair. She was changing guards that didn’t match from left to right side, then moved to use no guard to fade, leaving bunch of patches all around. I had to point out that there were patches, and she would get back to it multiple times thinking it’s good when it’s not. My friend (who is mixed-race) and I who is an African American visited this Great Clips location for her to get a haircut. She has been to this location before. A Caucasian stylist—identified to us as either Heather or Rebecca (we were given two different names)—cut her hair uneven and far too short.
