I took my 91 year old mother there this past weekend and they treated her horribly. She did not receive the respect that a person of her age deserves. The haircut the stylist gave her was horrendous (it was poofy on one side). Seriously, please do not waste your time and money. If I could give NEGATIVE stars on this review, I would.
Do not go to Great Clips. I cannot speak for the entire chain, but the Great Clips next to Kroger is horrible. I went in for a simply trim and wound up having to go as short as a buzz at another salon to fix my hair. I could've cut my hair with more sense than the stylist that destroyed mine. She didn't even have the decency to give me a level neckline. Please, for your sake, don't go to this place.
