Made the mistake of taking my 8 year old daughter here for a simple bob. The lady butchered her hair. I asked why it’s so short underneath and she claimed that it was my daughter’s hairline😆 I said no, you cut it that way. I also said it looks so choppy and she said it’s because some is wet and other dry. She then tried to fix the choppiness and I just asked her to please stop cutting. She still charged me for this mess. Get new employees
Our Hair Stylist is the reason we love this location! Her name is Denise & she is excellent. We wait on Denise, if she is busy with someone else. In our opinion, she is worth it because we know our hair cuts will not be messed up!
We’ve been going to this location for my kids’ haircuts for years because the stylists are very kind and patient with my boys. Unfortunately, management recently stopped accepting coupons sent out via Great Clips corporate. The coupon says “at participating locations” but it doesn’t say WHICH locations accept it. I didn’t make a big deal about it, but it’s still annoying that you can’t tell if they accept the coupon prior to getting your haircut (their system decides during checkout).
