Last two clips have been absolutely terrible. used to be a good value but I can’t deal with such sloppiness. Maybe low sighted and time to give it up

I got the most chaotic haircut here. First, I was instructed to sit in a chair that was filled with the previous customer's hair and black drape. Once I sat down, the hair stylist began brushing my hair with a brush filled with other people's hair that she used on the previous customers and was just sitting in her station. She then proceeded to cut my hair to my shoulders in a straight line. She asked if I wanted layers and I said yes, so she picked up seemingly random pieces and cut them in a straight line. Unprofessional behavior. I was followed outside and confronted about tipping, despite the fact that I did leave a tip. Tipping is optional, and being pressured for more made the experience uncomfortable.

Our family regularly goes to Great Clips and have great experiences. This location fell far short- I went to get my 4 year old daughter a haircut, arrived at 10:15, and found the location closed with no explanation or answered phones. I tried back later and it was open, with one stylist finishing up a customer. She was the only one working in the salon. After checking out the other guest, during which she pressured her for a tip and complained she hadn’t gotten one, she took my daughter back. She didn’t sweep up the hair she... read more
