The people there are very kind and give you choices for your haircut.
My Fiancee got a haircut here and she is extremely devastated at how it looks. The hair stylist didn't understand what she wanted, didn't ask before cutting off large sections of hair, didn't ask before buzzing the back of her head. The final product is uneven on each side and not what the picture looks like that was shown to the stylist.
