Came to the salon today. Both of the stylists on said they wouldn’t use a foil shaver. This is ridiculous that I have to bounce around all of your franchise locations just to find one person that can cut my hair. This is the last time. We will not be back!
First experience was horrible I called want to go back to get it fixed and I look like half of my front bangs is cut and the other half is long. The first stylist was not getting all my hints about my sensories that I have, dry cut in my hair to the point that felt like my head was on fire. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I go to different locations around town and this was my first time using this location. It was on Saturday January 4th afternoon and the young lady who did the cut was not personable at all and acted annoyed whenever I spoke with her. That I can live with, but then when I asked for a little more to be cut in the front she was visibly annoyed so after that I did not ask for any additional help.
