I have thick coarse hair. Plus it has turned gray and white. Something happened when my hair lost it's original color. It became more coarse, and more thick. In the last 4 years I have been to 20 different salons. With always the same result. My hair cut will look & feel ok for about 6 days. Then it becomes uneven. Thick in some spots. Thinner in others. I always tell the Beautician to "clean up around my ears." I tell them I dont like the hair touching my ears. (Let me emphasize that I am a 67 year old female Veteran.) But ... read more

If I could put a 0 I would. Everytime I go to greatclips it is because it is my last option. This is because everytime I go they always mess up my hair!! I am sick of it. I came here today and asked specifically for a hair cut and even showed a picture of what I wanted. Before I could even correct the lady she was CHOPPING my hair. What is it with GreatClips employees and their scissor happiness. It took me MONTHS to grow my hair to get it styled the way that I wanted. I could have cut it better myself. I am unbelievably ups... read more
