The beautician here are absolutely wonderful!!!! Always friendly and give great haircuts. I always leave here with a smile on my face. Glad to have them so close to home.

I got a haircut, today, from Julieann; she is an excellent beautician. She cut my hair exactly how I like it and took time to talk to be about products to use for my very curly and grayish hair. She’s a great conversationalist, and it came through that she cares about her clients. I would recommend Great Clips for anyone and will continue to go to Great Clips for hair cuts and information on hair care.

Drove 40 minutes to this location and waited outside for them to open at 9am, along with another customer who parked beside me. After 15 minutes (9:10 am ) nobody was in the store. The customer with me said this is typical of this location. The stylist often dive in quickly after the store is supposed to be open. For a new location trying to build a following, this is not a good look. You've lost this customer.
When you go in for a trim and it takes less than three minutes to chop 8 inches off terrible experience And no apology. My granddaughter is not a dramatic person. She was crying she was devastated.! I thought how can anyone mess up a trim? It was uneven. I had to get another stylist. That was an actual stylist in there to help fix it.
Hair stylist worker smelled deeply of cigarettes almost made me gag. Sh was in in back room smoking. Worst hair cut ever. Over priced, Spent less than 3 minutes in the chair. this place is an insult to Great Clips.
