In 2025, they don't offer the option to book an appointment just one day in advance. You can't get appointment neither thru phone nor website. Imagine the level of bureaucracy and "customer care" orientation lol. When I asked if there was any alternative, the "lady" cut me off. What's worse was the incredibly rude way I was treated. Passed by late this morning. The people working there did not even look at me. Since I needed to know when of if they could see me, I stayed. Once they did decide to look at me, I was ignored. Walked out.
Trying 1st time in this location, worst experience. I don’t want to come here anymore. The lady worker is Lazy.
The "BEST STYLIST in RTP" is ROCKY!!!!!!!!! I know because HE cuts my hair to PERFECTION!!!!!!
