I have visited several Great Clips in my lifetime and by far this is THE BEST Great Clips I have ever went to. I LOVE ANGELA so much!!!! She is so talented in her profession, so kind and patient and she really knows how to make her clients feel special :) She did a complete transformation on my hair (went from mid-back length to a Pixie style) and it was amazing. My husband got his haircut here about a month ago. He has very curly hair so I usually am very selective of where he gets it get, but he was in urgent need of a cut. The stylist far exceeded all of our expectations- both me, my husband, and his mom! I wish I got her name. I believe she had green in her hair and some funky glasses.
I’ve been getting my hair cut by Betsy for years, and she’s one of the most kind, patient, and professional stylists I’ve ever met. She truly listens to what you want and always goes the extra mile to make sure you leave happy and confident. Even when the salon is busy, she never rushes and always brings positive energy to the chair. Apex is lucky to have someone like her at Great Clips. Don’t let one unfair review fool you — Betsy is a gem!
First off I should say we aren’t from around here my boyfriend is just working down here for the month so this isn’t are regular place to get hair cuts. They told him it would be an hour wait and he would get a text 15mins before hand. We waited over an hour for a text that never came. He went inside and they told him it timed out and I suppose put him back on the list? It’s been almost two hours now, and they are still taking people ahead of him no other explanation just had him wait again. Terrible way to treat customers.
Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The stylist rushed through my haircut in under 5 minutes without even changing the protective cloth from the previous customer or properly cleaning the scissors and trimmers. Hygiene seemed to be completely ignored. On top of that, the haircut I received is by far the worst I’ve ever had — uneven in multiple places and poorly done.
