I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Great Clips location on Westport Road. I came in expecting a professional haircut and specifically asked for a skin fade. Unfortunately, the haircut I received was nowhere close to what I requested. During the haircut, the employees appeared unsure of how to perform the cut and were asking each other what to do.
