I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Great Clips location on Westport Road. I came in expecting a professional haircut and specifically asked for a skin fade. Unfortunately, the haircut I received was nowhere close to what I requested. During the haircut, the employees appeared unsure of how to perform the cut and were asking each other what to do. Excellent job on both my daughters. First time hair cuts and the stylist was so wonderful with the girls. Also did great on my trim.
