I was greeted right away, checked in and sat in the chair. The gentleman cutting my hair didn’t ask how I wanted to cut. He just started cutting. He didn’t talk at all. When he was finished, he didn’t show me the back of my hair with a mirror didn’t ask me if I wanted powder or gel just blow dried the hair on my shoulders and said I was finished. Walk me over to cash register, cash me out not very personable in the back of my hair was not how I wanted it. I guess I should’ve suggested it.
