As expected, great haircut
I’ve been a loyal customer for 7 years and always left 5-star reviews. Unfortunately, today confirmed that the quality is no longer consistent. I had to come back to fix the haircut, and it actually became worse. This is the second time in a row ,but the first time another barber had to correct someone else’s work. At this point, I don’t feel confident booking here anymore. I hope management addresses the inconsistency in training and quality control.
They never answer the phone...
This was my experience at Great Clips in Wasilla today. For the first time ever, I have actually had a horrible experience at Great Clips in Wasilla and it was sad that it was the actual manager Kristen. I have gone there since my kids were little. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars there. It’s $100 each time I go there because I always tip. This time the manager was so rude.
