I set an appointment for 90 minutes later when I showed up there was nobody there my phone still told me that it was 90 minutes away I asked him how could that be their response is that they take walk-ins before scheduled appointments I'm having a hard time understanding this why would you make an appointment so you don't have to sit in line in the store if you're going to get booted down every time a walk-in comes in why do you make an appointment their manager got rude with me the minute I asked him why I have used Great c... read more
You want people to use online check In in place of walk in service but even if I do online check in I get to the store at the appointed time and still get to wait another 40 minutes. This is not a good business model. If your going to demand people make appointments you should honor them
