Hire people that can multi task.. cut hair and talk instead of talking to the customer and all haircut progress stops.. very frustrating waiting in the lobby and watching a 5 min haircut turn into a 30min haircut since the stylist can't shut her yap
Have been using them for years but had an exceptionally good experience today. Had Becca cut my hair and had an absolutely lovely conversation. They usually wait for me to initiate the talking which is appreciated since I can understand not everyone wants to talk. Always use the app to sign in or you’ll be waiting as the line is almost always long. Overall, I’m usually pleased with the quality of the haircut but today the stylist really made my day.
They messed up my hair it wasn't even and there was random points of long slumped up hair
