Recently visited this place for hair cut Very disappointed Was empty only one customer and 2 hair stylist. Before hair cut started, I clearly mentioned to hair stylist ( Kelly) that only need to cut on back and trim on sides but she started on sides first and cut to short. I told her don’t cut to short then she was telling me with attitude that “ I am a professional hair stylist “ I know what to do. Had a coupon for 11.99 after the cut was told it was not valid there ...should have been told beforehand. The haircut was done with clippers and thinning scissors.and is cut so short....will not go back there.
Telling me the 11.99 coupon is America only LOL. This lady doesn't even know the promos happening in ONTARIO. At majority of locations. Don't worry GC. I'll go elsewhere based upon principal
Useless staff do nothing to help you, cant even book an appointment. Why do you even work there answering phones if you cant do anything. Easy skip.
