I love that you can book an appointment online, and see when to go. They keep track of your previous styles so they know what you want. Lots of parking.
I’m deeply disappointed by the experience I had at this Great Clips location in Hamilton. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Instead, I encountered behavior that felt discriminatory and dismissive, seemingly influenced by my race and background.
