A basic men’s fade is straight forward. My stylist somehow thought this was good. She never used the mirror to show me the back of my head and my wife took a picture when I got home to show me how bad it was. I always have to wonder when the stylist is staring at the back of my head and they say it’s good…. What kind of person thinks this is acceptable? I won’t be returning to Great Clips after this experience.
I walked in to get my son a haircut and the lady told me it would be an hour wait. I told her thats fine, we will go get a smoothie and come back. She told me that we aren't allowed to leave. I asked her "you want us to just sit here for an hour?" She told me yes. I told her that is ridiculous and walked out. We were literally gonna go two doors down to get a smoothie and hang out until it was closer to our time for his haircut. What a horrible way to treat your customers. Im sure this place is losing opportunities for money... read more
