I needed a quick haircut and they gave me exactly what I needed.
I didn’t catch the woman’s name but she cut my hur better then my old lady can. Thank you and please don’t tell her lmfao.
I checked in when the wait time was 14 minutes. I came after 10 minutes of checking in and I still waited an additional 15 minutes for my turn. What's the point of checking in online to "save your place and time" and you still have to wait additional time? Absolutely ridiculous. And no, I'm not going to contact customer service or a local manager to resolve this issue. It'll just be a waste of time.
