I checked in when the wait time was 14 minutes. I came after 10 minutes of checking in and I still waited an additional 15 minutes for my turn. What's the point of checking in online to "save your place and time" and you still have to wait additional time? Absolutely ridiculous. And no, I'm not going to contact customer service or a local manager to resolve this issue. It'll just be a waste of time.

A basic men’s fade is straight forward. My stylist somehow thought this was good. She never used the mirror to show me the back of my head and my wife took a picture when I got home to show me how bad it was. I always have to wonder when the stylist is staring at the back of my head and they say it’s good…. What kind of person thinks this is acceptable? I won’t be returning to Great Clips after this experience.

I walked in to get my son a haircut and the lady told me it would be an hour wait. I told her thats fine, we will go get a smoothie and come back. She told me that we aren't allowed to leave. I asked her "you want us to just sit here for an hour?" She told me yes. I told her that is ridiculous and walked out. We were literally gonna go two doors down to get a smoothie and hang out until it was closer to our time for his haircut. What a horrible way to treat your customers.
