New management. Amanda and Julia still GREAT, but with the old manager gone, there are a lot of negative attitudes of other stylists and manager, and just general grumpy demeanor of new staff. Just make sure Amanda or Julia are available before you go. Been going to this location for over a decade.
This location does great with my son who is autistic. He doesn't like the electric clippers so they have notes to use scissors. All very friendly.
Brandy is always a Joy!! Great Clips have been a Blessing to me thru all my surgeries! Very professional, caring and always do an excellent job on my hair! Everyone in the Altamonte Springs Shop is Wonderful!
