The staff here are amazing! However, they are severely understaffed ..never more than 2 working at a time during the week despite 8 chairs …72 min wait is ridiculous. Not to mention, no receptionist working so the girls have to stop mid cut to check people in or answer the phone. Embarrassing. Only reason I still come is the ladies who work here regularly are all rockstars. To the ownership, I get it, money is tight in this business no doubt but do better. Store closes at 3 pm on Sunday I walked it to have a wash and cut for my child at 2:45pm She doesn’t even have long hair was going to be more of a trim They refused service. They are refusing customers even before they are closed because they don’t want to work or clean! The salon was not even closed and they are refusing! There is always something great about walking into a place and being addressed by name and having a conversation that is more than just "can I help you" Super quick cut and style, very friendly stylist and a place I would recommend for great customer service
My 4 year old got his haircut 2 days back and it was not good. Front was not done well and the sides and back part was not completely
