Not a good experience today; it was my 3rd time to get a haircut. The short & chubby hair lady seemed preoccupied and disinterested when she shouted if I was checked in. When she finally ordered me to come to her chair, she mocked my words, and I immediately stated she misheard me. No apology. She was rough with my hair, used a large comb and pulled my hair without care. No apology. I asked her to cut 2-2.5 inches off and she took an 1 inch off.
