I went to the Neenah location today for a cut, usually a friend does it but needed it sooner. The ladies were busy, but handled it well and still gave good cuts. My stylist was super nice too. I'll probably be back, thanks!

Nice hair cut for a low price.
Absolutely ridiculous. Ignored and then a hostile worker checked me in. Then a stylist who was leaving (who also ignored me) was told to get the stylist from the back. At this point I wasn't asked what i wanted. When the stylist came from the back she never looked at me or greeted me she just said follow me. I told her I wanted a wash and a few waves or curls added when i sat down. She didn't say anything to me, but loudly asked the other stylist. We aren't doing styles today, are we?
