Zeroooooooooooooo star. I had one of the worst haircut experiences of my life at this Great Clips. I came in asking for a sharp V-shaped haircut, but what I got was completely different. The stylist, a darker-skinned woman with curly hair (I don’t remember her name because I was so upset), seemed very nervous and was literally shaking while cutting my hair. I have been going here for many years and many different stylists there has not been a bad haircut in the 10years or so that I had been coming here and my last one by Nancy was perfect as well!
I have been getting my hair cut there for over 20 years. This morning I checked in online. At 11:13 am I as texted to head to the store as my spot was ready. I went directly there. I was finally seated in a chair at 12:15 Why did you waste so much of my time? I can't afford to sit in your lobby for an hour when I checked in online and you texted me to go over
my typical stylist is out on maternity leave so I decided to go back to great clips and greatly enjoyed my experience with Shelby! She turned a typical anxious experience with different stylists into a comfortable one. Thanks for the great haircut Shelby!
