Great experience. I like that they keep a record of how I want my hair cut. I have been waited on by four different stylists and each has asked I still want a #1 all over or something else. All of the stylists are very friendly and efficient.
It's hot or miss on cuts, but okay-priced
"1 inch off the top" then the woman takes once inch off the top THREE times. I'm no mathematician but that I know that equates to three inches
I visited store "3748 Great Clips Ft. Eustis, VA and I wanted to see the manager in which I had to wait almost 10 minutes due to the fact that she was outside in front of the store talking. As I waited I looked at the products on the shelves. I noticed that some of the products were expired with dates from 2023 and 2024 while others you couldn't even read the bar code because it was GONE.
