Normally I have a good experience here. My expectations aren't unrealistic. Today, however, was different. Maybe it's because haircuts were $9.99 this weekend, and maybe tips have been disappointing, but my hairstylist was in a sour mood and she let me know it. I told her what I wanted. I got butchered. I requested some off the top off the ears . I left looking like I came out of boot camp. I will never return. I gave them one star only because I can’t give negative stars.
