One stylist I really like here and she is very considerate and helpful, Tye is her name. Like the way she cuts my hair.
My teenager daughter asked for a trim and curtain bangs. The older woman who did her hair cut gave her regular bangs. I called and asked to a supervisor and apparently she is the manager on duty. I explained what happened and she admitted to giving her regular bangs. I asked what can be done because my daughter hates her hair and she said I would have to wait until her boss comes in on Wednesday this is ridiculous and avoid coming here , they do not listen to what you ask for.
