If I could choose ZERO STAR I would. We went today 8/17/2026. We did not have an appointment. My daughter needed a haircut and we arrived around 2:12-2:13 PM. I told the tall man with a limping gait at the computer, "Hi, we don't have an appointment." He said, "We don't take appointments," and then took my daughter's name and my phone number. I got charged $21 for a neck trim and around the ears trim. The woman that I got did not listen to me. I will never go back there again!
