Great haircut, no waiting, fair price.
Inconsistency to the point where you cannot trust. I usually come in here for a trim, and that’s pretty hard to mess up. They do a decent job. My girlfriend recently came in for a trim, and they absolutely BUTCHERED the back of her head. Even when given example photos, and requests to “not go much shorter than the current length”, the barber managed to shave an entire undercut out of the back, and leave everything else long. My son and I went and got our hair cuts today. We had Jay and she was fantastic and not at all awkward to talk to at all. My 16 year old is happy with his hair and said she was more gentle with the clippers than anyone he's had there before. Her and I held a little conversation and it made the time go by. Great cut at a reasonable price.
I have been coming here for over 10 yrs. Unfortunately there is new management that pushed all the hairstylist out and putting in need people who have no idea what they are doing. I get the same haircut every 6-8 weeks. For the last year they keep cutting my hair differently even though they put my cut in the system. I have hadmy head shaved with dirty razors to give myself an infection to where I had to do to the doctor to get antibiotics.
