I have been putting off getting a haircut for way too long because every time I go for a trim I leave very unhappy! This was my first time at Great Clips in a long time and Heather did an absolutely amazing job. She listened to exactly what I wanted and it felt so good to leave happy instead of in tears. The check in process is great and the prices are very affordable. Will definitely be going back!

Kayla did a fabulous job. Adjusted the style per my request to my satisfaction. She was very nice and friendly and great conversationalist. I love they keep notes from previous visit so I don't have to remember what to tell them every time.

went in for a haircut today, and Heather was excellent. She was very friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I sat down. She did a fantastic job with my haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a great haircut and outstanding customer service!

Worst hair cut in years. Simple low skin fade (I make it easy since I’ve seen side burns on people leaving out uneven) and scissor the top. My son’s hair butchered up not even sure how she could have let him leave the chair. Definitely will not be back to this Westminster location.
