There was a guy there that completely messed up my hair. Very unprofessional, and he wasn't even focusing. He almost made me bald, and on top of all that, he took of the hair apron mid-cut and all the hair was falling in my shirt. After I reported the issue to the manager, she offered to try and fix it and even she said it was unprofessional and not blended. I had to miss an important meeting because of this. Would not recommend.
The lady there got me signed in, and did a phenomenal job
