Gave it a 3 because my haircut had a piece that wasn't cut. It hung down. My fault for not really looking closely. I will go again
So hurt that I just came to get a couple inches off and thin my hair out. Asked for my hair to be cut to shoulder length and sit on my shoulder. My stylist sounded confident in knowing what to do so I trusted her. Instead I leave with a bob, barely touching my neck. I felt like I couldn’t say anything after she did the first cut because she chopped right at the nape of my neck and there was no going back. I had to hold back tears throughout the rest of the cut because there was nothing that would fix that.
