In what world is this “just above my shoulders” I asked for it thinned and blended which neither happened, no wonder it took barely 10 minutes. Very disappointed and won’t be returning. 0/5 experience.
I’ve come to this location twice and each time was unpleasant. The first time, the stylist made my bangs so uneven that I had to go to Ulta Salon to get them fixed. I did not complain this time because I had not noticed until I got home. This second time, I came in at 4:45 on a Sunday, which I did not know that they closed at 5 which is my fault. I went to Great Clips and got my hair cut after losing it all to cancer. I had regrowth and they were able to trim to a lovely style. When finished, they told me my haircut was free today - a compassion discount! I was tickled and appreciative! What a great company! Thanks Great Clips!

I walked into the Great Clips in Fairfield and immediately heard one of the workers say, "I don't want to take this one." I chuckled at the rudeness and was prepared to retort, when Kelsie walked up and greeted me with a smile. I am an African American middle-aged woman with a relaxed pixie cut. I only needed a trim around my ears and in the back. Kelsie was willing and able to handle my small request. I was totally satisfied with my hair service and Kelsie's customer service, so much so, that I tipped her $10 on an $8 trim.... read more
