Horrible hair cuts, I mean I would never ever recommend this company and it's last time I ever go to Great Clips. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted and they pretty much mangled my hair. I don't even know if they hire what they stylist. It's more like people who have never cut hair and are in training. Horrible customer service as well as I was basically told that I didn't tell them anything and that it was my fault. Don't go to these people for your hair cut, make sure to stay out!
