Been going here years and you expect to have a bad hair cut every once in a while but let me say im tired of the lack of professionalism and care this hamburg location denies. Everyone is in a pissy mood half the time especially the manager, and lately almost every person cutting hair is horrible and I got receipts to prove it. Went yesterday, got a traditional faded haircut, the lady took me in, cut my hair, but left sooo much long hairs, plus did not do as I asked, she rushed me out of the chair. They take ya straight in, but botch your hair and rush you out, very poor customer service, the staff talk wayyyy to much personal bathroom business, not clean. Crappy haircut. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GREAT CLIPS!
Love the certain great clips in town and love the styles, so do my kids. ON the other side not all of them are good.
