Unfortunately I have to rate this place one star because I can’t select zero, but anyways I ask this lady to cut off two inches of my hair and mind you my hair was down to my waist. I even show her with my hands how much I want to be cut off and it was barely anything. However this lady keeps snipping and snipping and I just tell myself to trust the process but when she’s finished my hair is now shoulder length!!
