I went a great clips today and got the worst haircut of my life by this very rude lady named Stephanie. She butchered my hair and she spoke to everyone like they were garbage. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Well just maybe Stephanie the other lady seemed very nice, but that Stephanie girl not good for business
Its hit or miss. Depends on who you get. Previous haircut was absolutely wonderful & so was the stylist and her attitude. She was 5 stars! My haircut this week horrible. Took her 3 min. Didn't say is this OK? Do I need to do anything else. She zipped around the bottom and said your done. Pulled the drape off. Didn't even listen when I sat down and said I shaped around my face & thin it out. So I had to go to another place the next day. She didnt even smile or seem friendly at all. Great staff
Got a great haircut at a great price. Will be back.
I only went to this location once because I had an appointment nearby. I asked for my length to be shorter, and for it to NOT be undercut or thinned to make the bottom of my hair flat. I've asked for that before at other locations, and usually with good results. The stylist did undercut it, and the natural curl in the bottom of my hair is gone, until it grows out enough to get another haircut somewhere else.
