I love the convenience of getting on the waiting list and being notified as the position nears the top. I've always been pleased with the cut and the stylists. That said my hair cuts are not very demanding.

When I first got my hair cut I felt a bit intimidated. The stylist didn’t seem to want to listen to me and actually got disappointed when I didn’t follow her instructions. The whole experience I felt unheard. She also said she would do face framing but did not do that. I felt she rushed through the appointment. I paid left and did not like the over outcome. Brittany did a great job. She reviewed what was in their system first, and we talked about adjustments. She was very thorough, took her time, and paid attention to detail. Britany also trimmed eyebrows and inner/outer ear without being asked, which was appreciated! This is the best cut I've had in a while. I was able to utilize a $5 off coupon as well.
