People were nice, but they cut my son's hair crooked. 🙁I think we prefer the Hilliard Rome Rd location for kids.
When I visit this shop I always ask for Ruth. She does an excellent job every time. My hair is curly and she knows just what to do. If she ever leaves I will follow her.
The manager of the shop Johnnit who cut my hair that I was not satisfied with was very unprofessional by speaking negatively about her coworkers and issues within the shop. I have come here several times and have had great service. This was a very uncomfortable experience and very unprofessional.
