Wanted a bang trim. Asked for them to be longer layered and IN MY EYES a little. She said, “wispy”. Yes! I know where my bangs came to/how long they were when I walked in, and my bangs are now above my eyebrows. She took about an inch or a little more off of my bangs. I saw the clippings on the cape before she blew them off with a blow dryer.
