My favorite Great Clips by far!! Been going to this one since it first opened years ago. Moved to California for a few years and was happy to know it's still my fave 😀.
I took a risk in bringing my daughter here but I figured a straight across cut could be handled at Great Clips. I couldn’t have been more wrong! I should’ve known how bad the cut would be considering my daughter wasn’t even sitting in the chair for more than 7 minutes. I didn’t realize how bad it was until we left & I had already left a 20% tip. I will NEVER visit a Great Clips again.
The haircut was excellent. However, the coupon I received through email was only for the Knoxville area. It was hard to see, even for the stylist. I live in the Nashville area. Why send coupon emails to people who live in Nashville for a haircut in Knoxville?
Great experience! I stopped in to grab some Great Clips clarifying shampoo. The stylist greeted me and asked if I had checked in online. I informed her I just needed shampoo. She let me know that there was a promotion on my selected shampoo which was awesome! She checked me out and offered a bag and receipt. She was very friendly!
Wanted a bang trim. Asked for them to be longer layered and IN MY EYES a little. She said, “wispy”. Yes! I know where my bangs came to/how long they were when I walked in, and my bangs are now above my eyebrows. She took about an inch or a little more off of my bangs. I saw the clippings on the cape before she blew them off with a blow dryer. I don’t feel comfortable with my bangs this short and don’t want to go out in public with them this short…and I have a doctor appt in 2 days. I’m extremely pissed. My bangs are WAY TOO ... read more
