Made a mess of my hair. Kept explaining what I wanted but it appears the lady cutting my hair didn't understand. The shaping of my hair came out wrong, from how my beards were shaped to the side of my hair. I also didn't cut my hair as I had to stop mid way and I was still charged $31 which was confusing to me. I am so infuriated because I look like a mess. Definitely don't recommend, especially if you have thick hair.
My daughter had a bob. Super cute, the stylist was very patient and kind. Great place
They told me to join the Facebook group and I will receive discount coupons. When I went with the coupon they said it was not valid, a fake. So I'll look elsewhere
