I WOULD RATHER NOT EVEN PUT A STAR!!!!!!!! I am a guy with long hair, and now, not so much!! I asked for TWO inches off, she instead took off SIX!!! YES SIX!!!! I just measured it. I will NEVER be going back again. I rather pay DOUBLE the price somewhere else and get it done right.
