Destiny is the absolute best there!!! She did an amazing job on my hair and I can honestly say she has a new regular
Staff member was pretty rude. I walked in with my kids and wasn't even greeted. She just shouted 87 minutes.. No Hello, Good Morning.. just 87 minutes! When I paused to figure out what 87 minutes meant.. she said do you want to book it or not? Nope.. not after that kind of attitude. We can take ourselves elsewhere. Won't be going back there, thats for sure.
Karen is the worst. I’m not sure how she keeps a cosmetology license or a job at this place for that matter. I told her to cut 1-2 inches off the back and she cut about 6-10. My hair is curly and she cut every curl off the back of my head. The left side is longer than the right and she put layers in and I didn’t tell her to do that. She needs to retire. Won’t be going back and I hope the place gets shut down. Annie was very nice though and gave me a refund immediately.
