Worst haircut I have ever had. This was my second time at this location. The first time was great, the stylist took time and care, and I left with a good haircut. This time it was a different person, and the experience was completely opposite. The haircut was rushed and poorly done. Even after I asked several times to adjust certain areas, it still didn’t come out even close to acceptable. I am sorry to be blunt, but someone should not leave a customer looking worse after paying $25 for a 10-minute haircut.
I've been going to this Great Clips since they opened in Elk Grove. The staff is exceptional and I have never left disappointed. Keep up the Great work.
