A few months back, I got one of the worst haircuts of my life. An inch longer on one side than the other and not at all what I asked for. Wasn’t the end of the world, but made me question whether I wanted to try them again. Today, I went again as it is super convenient. I had Lisa and she did amazing. Knew what she was going. Very helpful in advising on how to style etc. Did what I asked for!
This is a very racist salon- I believe the dark hair lady at the front station is the manager she looked at my biracial son and said “I dont do his kind of hair”. Turned away and literally walked herself to the back. Not another word spoke. Please will someone tell me who is the professional that I need to speak to about how my child was made to feel. Usually lm satisfied with the cut I get here, however recently, the cuts have been less than desirable. Quality and consistency is problem. If you don't like something or they screw up, they will admit it and attempt to make it better. However, the quality of fix is okay, but could be a lot better. I'm considering looking for a real barber that charges little more for better quality work and provides consistent results.
