Checked in online and it said a 20 min wait. Got here and they said another 40 minute wait. Ended up waiting over an hour. Whats the point of checking in online if the wait time is wrong. This location is starting to get bad. Very disappointed. Also only have 2 people working on a Friday evening.
I recommend making an appointment online. Every time I've gone there they've done a great job even though there seems to be new people every time
I brought my granddaughter in for a haircut. The hair dresser, Nikki, was incredible with her. She even kept my other grandchild (not getting a cut) occupied. She was very professional but related to them the entire time with superheros. She truly was great with her. Even calmed her down a bit, she was a little bit nervous. Overall, great cut and great hair dresser. I would recommend Nikki to anyone!
My husband and I take our 2 boys, a one year old and a 3 year old to see Pam. She is the only one we let cut the kids hair. She is amazing with kids. She got my one year old to sit in the chair by himself while she cut his hair and he did great for his first cut. My husband and I always say if Pam ever leaves great clips we will be leaving great clips to follow her.
